Holiday Music Program Information 2009-10

Dear Parents of Benson Primary Kindergarten Prep and Early Childhood Students,
Our holiday music program will be held at Benson Primary School on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. The performance will take place in the gymnasium.
Here is some additional information that might be helpful to you.
| What time should students arrive? | 5:45 p.m. |
| Where do the students go upon arrival? | Students will be escorted by a helper to the second grade hallway where the teacher will be waiting for them. Parents can then immediately proceed to the gym to get a good seat for the performance. |

Where can I pick up my child at the conclusion? |
Please have one adult go to the side door of the gym to pick up your student. The students will be dismissed one by one. |
| What should my child do with their coat? | The parent or guardian is being asked to take the child’s belongings with them into the gym. |
We will offer a “Kodak” moment prior to the start of the performance, which will give the families of each classroom an opportunity to take some photographs. We will also be professionally videotaping this performance. Order forms are available in the school office and will also be available the night of the performance.
