This is an opportunity for leadership development on several fronts. The anchor needed to plan out the content of the show with the faculty sponsor, make joint decisions with the student video crews as to the Chroma Key background, positions of the talent, cameras, lighting, etc. The new student council officers needed to create a polished response to the anchors question, carefully thinking about what their plans would be for the next school year and how they would present themselves on camera. Rehearsals with all crews, faculty, and talent were required before taping.
